The Honeywell V5055A1038 2-inch NPT Industrial Gas Valve with On-off safety shut-off. Safety shutoff valves are used with V4055, V4062 and V9055 fluid power actuators to control gas flow to commercial and industrial burners.
Designed for natural or LP gases, these valves directly mount in the gas supply line. Featuring 1/4 inch NPT upstream and downstream taps with a plug, 4-inch models come with flanged connections. The V5055 series ensures safety shutoff, with V5055B offering characterized guide capabilities. Paired with V4055, V4062, and V9055 Fluid Power Actuators, it delivers slow-opening, hi-lo-off, and modulating functions. V5055C, E, F Valves, with double seals, work with V4055D, E Actuators for proof-of-closure switch and valve seal over-travel interlock. V5055D, E, F Valves are ideal for high-pressure applications, while V5055A, C, D, E Valves are suitable for On-Off service.
