Honeywell C7027A1049 UV Flame Sensor, 1/2″ Mount, 8ft length

The Honeywell C7027A1049 UV Flame Sensor, Minipeeper Ultraviolet Flame Detector, operates in coal, gas, and oil-fired burners, featuring a 96-inch lead length and functioning in ambient temperatures from 0°F to 215°F. It mounts on a 1/2-inch sighting pipe using an integral collar and includes a 1/2-inch NPT spud connector.

This compact flame detector works in conjunction with flame safeguard controls equipped with ultraviolet amplifiers. Users can employ it with Honeywell Flame Safeguard primary safety controls and burners requiring UV flame detection.

For challenging sighting applications, detectors can be wired in parallel. The C7027 effectively seals against pressures up to 5 psi (34.5kPa) when installed correctly, and its compact size allows for blast tube mounting.

The C7044 UV sensor tube resides in a stainless steel housing, mounting with a two-screw bracket. It possesses the capability for side or end viewing in flame monitoring applications.
