Shipping Policy

We know once you have placed your order. We make every effort to get your order shipped out to you as quickly as possible. Our standard shipping times are as given below. However, you are advised to check for the actual shipping time mentioned in the order confirmation email sent to

In-stock items – ships within 24hrs of receiving order (Monday through Friday). In-stock orders received on Saturday, Sunday or on holidays will be shipped the following business day.


Backordered items – you will be notified if an item is backordered when your order is processed. We will email you the estimated lead-time and you have an option to cancel the order with full refund if the lead-time is not acceptable. If you keep the order, we will keep you updated on the backorder status and you may choose to cancel at anytime before shipping for a full refund.

Free Shipping – All orders above $99 qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

Local Pick-up – Customer can elect to pick-up orders at Adaptive HVAC Supplies warehouse. Customers are advised to call ahead to set up pick-up time. Local pick-up option is free.

International Orders – is currently unable to calculate international shipping rates so we are unable to process international orders online. If you would like to discuss placing an international order with Adaptive HVAC Supplies, please email us at Typically for international we have the customer schedule a freight pick-up at our warehouse.


Responsibility of Delivery

Freight cost provided on the website is F.O.B. point of shipment. Adaptive HVAC Supplies is not responsible for the accuracy of shipping times and dates. Adaptive HVAC Supplies will use its best efforts to meet the quoted/scheduled dates, but does not guarantee to do so. Failure to
make shipments as scheduled does not constitute a cause for cancellation and/or for damages of any nature. The Company is not responsible for any losses; damages; or delays that may occur after goods have been accepted for shipment by the freight carrier, all damage claims should be made to the freight carrier.


When a delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer to Adaptive HVAC Supplies is completed as reported by the shipping company i.e. UPS, etc., the responsibility of delivery for Adaptive HVAC Supplies terminates there. Any goods that are lost, stolen, or otherwise taken
from the delivery site are solely the responsibility of the customer as Adaptive HVAC Supplies has no control over what happens to the item(s) once they are delivered as reported by the shipping agent.
