The Honeywell C7027A1031 UV Flame Sensor, Minipeeper Ultraviolet Flame Detector, functions in coal, gas, and oil-fired burners. It offers a 96-inch lead length and operates in ambient temperatures from -40°F to 215°F. It mounts on a 1/2-inch sighting pipe using an integral collar, making it a compact flame detector for flame safeguard controls with UV amplifiers. It’s compatible with Honeywell Flame Safeguard primary safety controls and burners that need ultraviolet flame detection.
For challenging sighting applications, wire detectors in parallel. The C7027 seals against pressures up to 5 psi (34.5kPa) when correctly installed and allows for blast tube mounting due to its compact size.
Enclosed in a stainless steel housing, the C7044 UV sensor tube mounts with a two-screw bracket. It provides the capability of side or end viewing in flame monitoring applications.
